Simply Smooth has built a strong alliance with many catering facilities, museums, private properties and wedding venues in the Lehigh Valley. We are on the preferred list of many properties for either our catering services or our transportation division, crossing barriers that have previously been ignored.

Getting started.

The starting point for building a great wedding or event is probably best decided with a simple phone call. One of our planners can discuss the venue you might have in mind, your concept or theme, and your expectations for your special day or event.

If you’re having trouble deciding on a venue that might be suitable for you, please don’t hesitate to call and we can discuss your options! From the initial phone call we can see if you’re a good match for each other and schedule a time to meet for a complimentary consultation.

We custom build every wedding and event menu.

No need for a cookie cutter event! The menus on our website are priced as food-only. Wedding cake, beverage services (non-alcoholic), staffing, rentals, gratuity, tax, etc. are not included. Travel time may be a factor as well depending on your event location.

Please don’t hesitate to ask about any additional services you might be looking for – we have a full stable of high quality DJ’s, live bands, invitation stores, photo booths, photographers, limousine companies and other florists.

Putting the pieces together.

Rentals items like tables, chairs, linens, stemware, glassware, china, etc. are all available in many styles and colors. For us to attempt to build a full price list of these items is almost impossible as the options are endless. We will work with you to determine your exact budgetary needs.

Simply Smooth can be as full-service or “a la carte” as you wish. We offer excellent and innovative food choices, 100’s of linen choices, china options, flatware, floral designs for both reception and ceremony, custom invitations, event design and coordination services. We do not subcontract our services for these items, but rather provide them from our in-house staff.
